Step 3: Pack the product in its original, unopened packaging and send it back to us using the provided label.

3. Conditions for Return

  • For food supplements, opened/used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
  • Return request must be made within 14 calendar days of receipt.
  • All original packaging and documentation should be included.

Who Pays: Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the product is faulty or damaged due to our error.

How to Return: Use the prepaid label we provide, or arrange your own return shipping and submit the receipt for reimbursement (up to the standard return shipping cost).
